Marriage Seminar
Description
Long before students hear our message, they are reading our lives. And long before our evangelism bears lasting fruit, God is shaping the place from which it flows—our marriage.
Marriage is not a ministry add-on; it is God’s primary formation ground for spiritual leaders. What is healed, resisted, or ignored between husband and wife inevitably shapes the credibility of our witness. College students are remarkably sensitive to dissonance and deeply drawn to lives that ring true.
This seminar invites married leaders to turn inward—not away from the mission, but toward a refreshing of its deepest source. We will explore how shared prayer, confrontation of false identities, honest repentance, forgiveness, and spiritual alignment within marriage become the unseen power behind faithful evangelism.
When God transforms the marriage, the message transforms students, campuses, and nations.
Attending with your spouse is greatly encouraged but not required.
Dr. Harold & Dalia Arnold Bio
Dr. Harold L. Arnold, Jr. and his wife, Dalia, are the co-founders of Eusebeia, Inc., a Christian nonprofit ministry devoted to cultivating spiritual revival in marriage. For more than twenty years, they have also served as co-directors of the marriage ministry at New Covenant Church of Philadelphia, faithfully shepherding couples toward deeper intimacy with God and with one another.
After more than 35-year professional careers—Harold in pharmaceutical market research and leadership development, and Dalia as a seasoned accounting professional across public, private, and nonprofit sectors—they both recently retired to pursue vocational ministry full-time. This courageous transition reflects their shared conviction that transformed marriages form the foundation for transformed families, churches, and communities.
Dr. Harold is a social psychologist, author, and transformational leadership practitioner whose lifelong work—shaped by his doctoral research—explores how deep spiritual formation produces lasting personal, relational, and organizational change. His work with couples and leaders integrates biblical truth, psychological insight, spiritual economics, and compelling storytelling to help people embody Christlike transformation from the inside out. His books—including Marriage ROCKS for Christian Couples and The Unfair Advantage: A Grace-Inspired Path to Winning at Marriage—reflect his belief that marriage is the first and most formative training ground for transformational leadership. His book Second Shift equips believers to align vocation, calling, and influence with God’s redemptive purpose.
Dalia is a spiritual formation practitioner with gifts of helps and administration, known for her wisdom, warmth, and quiet strength. She is especially passionate about helping couples cultivate daily rhythms of prayer that invite the Holy Spirit into every aspect of marriage, creating space for healing, discernment, and renewal.
Together, Harold and Dalia model a vision of “Spiritually Intimate Marriage”—a way of life that calls couples beyond survival into fearless, Spirit-filled intimacy that bears witness to Christ’s love. They co-authored the three-volume devotional How Two Pray: A 52-Week Journey for Couples, guiding spouses into deeper connection through storytelling and prayer.
Married for nearly four decades, the Arnolds are the proud parents of two adult children, Quilan and Kyrsten.
