One of the goals of the Campus ministry is to have 200 staff spread across Canada on the 40 level one universities, prayerfully by the end of 2007.

Why 200? The campus ministries believe in teams. These 200 people would be on teams of 4 on a particular campus working to build spiritual movements of evangelism and discipleship. These teams would seek to give Every Student, Every Year across the universities of Canada multiple opportunities to hear and respond to the Gospel.

As these staff teams build into leaders and multiply their faith, students would be built in their faith and would be sharing the Gospel with others. Hundreds of students would take the Gospel to other countries through partnerships.

But you might ask: 4 times 40 = 160, not 200…why 200? Well the other folks would serve in roles like: internet development, helping serve the campuses evangelism strategies. Others would work in helping with organizing marketing and large event activities, like Summit and Winter Conference. Others could specialize more and work at building movements among particular groups of people on campus. Others would work with alumni helping alumni in the workforce have an effective ministry.

All this to say, 200 staff could help to change the campuses of Canada. You might ask, where are we at right now? Well, we have 82 staff currently working on 25 campuses.
