What Are Projects?
Stage 1: Spring Break and Summer Projects
We all have a lot of options for what to do with our spring breaks and summers, but few offer the challenge and the reward of a project! If you join us, we’ll spend about 5-7 weeks (1 week for spring break projects) together in a foreign country reaching university students with the Gospel. Not only that, but we will sharpen our leadership and ministry skills, form friendships that will change our lives, come face to face with people who speak, think, and live differently, and gain God’s heart for a lost world.
Projects strategically fit into a 3-5 year partnership commitment from Canada as they focus on pioneering ministries. As we trust God to use us in a mighty way in the lives of university students, we will prayerfully be starting what will some day be a thriving campus ministry. We could be investing our spring break or summer in changing the course of history for a student, a university, and a nation! A project provides a huge evangelistic thrust onto a campus and hopefully lays a foundation for a spiritual movement. We send projects only to places where we are committed to making a long term impact. Projects are stage one of a five stage process in serving to create an indigenous, self-sustaining and sending movement on a campus and in a nation.
Do you desire to do something worthwhile with your summer, something life-changing? Why don’t you come join us in taking Christ to the students of the world? They will never be the same, and neither will we. Check out the various opportunities for projects this year!
